The staff were kind and the rooms were clean, although the property has clearly seen better years. Still, the quality for the price was satisfying.

Being right on the beachfront was a big plus, and the rooms were clean and reasonably priced. The guest service team spoke English very well, looked after guests, and tried to meet every request.

We arrived around 2:30 or 3am and were given a large quadruple room that comfortably fit all of us. Since we slept late, we missed breakfast, but after we explained the late check-in, the manager prepared breakfast for us. The kids loved it. The staff helped with everything we asked for, and the manager also let us check out late without an extra charge. Our room and toilet were clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the Android smart TV kept the children happy. The hotel is only 20 meters from the beach, and our whole family enjoyed the stay. It may be a 3 star hotel, but the service from the staff felt like 5 star service.
