Premium Beach Hotel

The indoor pool was closed, and there was not enough water. The air conditioner barely heated the room, while the rest of the hotel also felt cold. Food was undercooked and service often took too long. Dissatisfied, and not worth the price.

The hotel is seriously overpriced for its condition and what it provides. The rooms were old and not clean, and several times the elevators trapped people at the doors, so many guests used the stairs. That was especially difficult with a baby stroller. We also had to kick or force the room doors open, though the issue was reported more than once and was only addressed when we were checking out with our luggage. The buffet offered variety, but most dishes were cold and tasteless. Desserts were the one part with plenty of good choices. The pool and beach areas had no guards. More importantly, the shower water caused a skin infection for my eight-month-old baby and the rest of the family, and the white hotel towels turned orange from it. The two stars are only for some of the waiters and some of the reception girls, not for the beach, since the beach is much the same throughout Durres.

The rooms were very clean, the sunbeds were comfortable, and every meal arrived hot and tasted delicious. The attentive staff handled all the small details, which made us feel at home while we were there with friends. I honestly think this is one of the best hotels in Albania and well worth visiting. ❤️

My parents enjoyed the clean hotel and rooms, the good food, and the acceptable service during the first part of their seven-night booking. Then, on the second day, a terrible smell started coming from the sewage system. Staff said a pipe had broken, but nothing was done. The problem became so severe that waste flowed into the sea and changed the color of the water. It was a disaster for the hotel guests and visitors, and because of the risk, I cannot recommend either the hotel or the area.
