Prestige Resort

The location is good, but the property is badly run down and the photos are clearly old. Some cabinets are broken, and in certain rooms the windows, including the terrace access, are difficult to open. The room staff do not speak English, which makes communication hard. Breakfast was mostly cold and offered very little choice, with fruit, cold cuts, sausages, bread, and even fried eggs that looked as if they had been cooked two hours earlier. With so many fruits and vegetables available, it was surprising how limited the selection was, especially for guests from other countries. Don’t choose this hotel based on its pictures, because it no longer looks like that.

The advertised children’s activities were not available at all during our stay, even though family facilities were a major reason we chose the hotel. Staff were rude and unprofessional from the start, communication was poor, and our requests were ignored or met with a negative attitude. I would not recommend this place to families expecting proper service or activities for children.

Our four-night stay as a couple became especially upsetting at checkout. We had been told we still had another hour, so we went to the aqua park to shower. While we were away, cleaning staff entered our room without permission, removed all our clothes and belongings, and left them outside the door. When we complained, they coldly said it was “their job.” We had to leave without showering, feeling stressed and humiliated. They then tried to charge us for an extra night after we returned the key cards, which we refused. The poor treatment began at check-in too, when we were told to wait in the car until it was our time, despite being exhausted from travel. Nothing here was as good as it looked, and the complete lack of respect, especially toward foreign guests, was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Even outside the main season, this was a lovely place to relax. The staff were friendly and handled every request well. Klevi deserves special thanks, he’s a real gem, as does the Manager of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and I’m sure we’ll return. I highly recommend it.
