The beach is directly across the road from the hotel, so we never really needed the small, clean swimming pool. The property and room were clean, and the staff were friendly. It sits in a quiet bay next to Himare, with decent food available all day at the beach restaurant. It was a pleasant experience overall. Thanks.

The hotel is right by a beautiful beach, with free sun beds and umbrellas, and the intimate pool was clean and lovely. The staff were a wonderful, hardworking, friendly bunch who were always helpful. Our room was stunning and fully equipped, with a comfortable bed, coffee machine, dental kit, and more. There’s also parking on site, plus paddle boards and kayaks for rent. They have their own restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with great food. Truly a wonderful place to stay!

The location near the beach was perfect, and having parking spaces was very convenient. The modern room was excellent and impeccably clean, while the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the owner Amalia and mama Natalia. Their restaurant was great too, with a tasty breakfast offering plenty of variety. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a calm, relaxing holiday.

A really good local place with very good food, even though it was busy in the off season. Having coffee in the morning with a sea view is especially nice. And the guy with the glasses is a nice dude 🤓. Absolute recommendation.

The room was beautifully designed in a pleasant Mediterranean style, clean, organized, and packed with useful features, including a mini-bar, make-up table, large armchair, wardrobe with a safe, air conditioning, and ventilation. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony jacuzzi was a real highlight. The hotel also provided free parking, an umbrella with sunbeds, a varied buffet breakfast, and a spacious, spotless pool. The beach was clean, with crystal-clear, stunning water, and the restaurant served delicious food with good service at fair local prices. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Ema, the receptionist, was friendly, communicative, and helped with everything she could. Emiljano handled our luggage and parking, brought a paddleboard to the beach, and was always available around the hotel. The conditions matched much more expensive hotels in the area. Whenever I return to Livadh, this will be the only hotel I choose.
