Maria, Mihal and Eva offer truly genuine hospitality, with a clean, spacious, well-equipped room, a private balcony, and a sea view. We stayed in Mimoze, and there was parking on site. From the property, a short path away from the streets leads to the promenade and beach, though bring a torch at night. There are also several lovely turquoise coves nearby. Great for either a short or longer stay, and highly recommended.

The sea is very close, and the location makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our room was extremely clean, the owners were respectful, and the whole atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return.

Maria's hospitality made this stay especially memorable. She prepared morning donuts and coffee for us, and the property was quiet, welcoming, and offered free parking along with beautiful views of the sea and fig trees. It is also well placed for visiting different beaches, with Qeparo being quieter and more family-friendly, while Himare is around 20 minutes away. We loved the room, the property, and the kindness shown to us, and we will return when we visit the Albanian coast again.

The owners took excellent care of us, and the house has a warm local feeling that you don't get in a hotel. The view is great, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a kind and welcoming place. There is a road below, so passing cars can be heard. The internet is fine for browsing and low-resolution videos, but it isn't responsive enough for video or voice calls, so mobile data works better.

This was the best place I've stayed in Albania, with genuinely kind hosts and a wonderful example of Albanian hospitality. I have so much love for Eva and her parents, and I will definitely come back 🤍🤍
