Hotel Natali

Tony, the owner, is the highlight for me. He’s always ready to help and does his best to accommodate every guest. The rooms are incredibly clean and the service is perfect. I keep finding myself coming back here.

Our room, 401, had a balcony overlooking both the mountain and the sea. It was beautiful, cleaned regularly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’re having a great time, and the hotel restaurant is quite nice too. The main drawback is the distance to the beach. During the festival, the shuttle solves that problem, but without a shuttle or taxi it’s a 20-minute walk downhill, followed by an uphill walk back.

What made Natali's Hotel in Dhërmi so memorable was the generosity of Toni and Elena. They created a warm, welcoming atmosphere and paid attention to every detail. Even with a demanding group, Toni worked hard to keep us comfortable and satisfied, always with a genuine smile. Besnik, the driver, was also incredibly helpful. When I needed antibiotics, he kindly took me to the pharmacy, and his cheerful manner made the ride enjoyable. The whole team made us feel cared for. Natali's Hotel is full of heart and creativity, and I can’t wait to return.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had balconies. The food was great, and the staff were unbelievably helpful and super friendly. Thanks to Tony for creating such a special place. I’ll definitely be coming back.
