Grand Hotel Palace Korce

Our dinner was ruined by poor coordination and incorrect billing. My main course arrived immediately after the salad, even though the antipasti and the soup for my 5-year-old nephew still hadn’t come. He was left hungry and waiting. We were also charged for two extra dishes we never ate. The waiter said they had been working for 12 hours, but that doesn’t excuse the disorganized service or the wrong bill. Not recommended.

The hotel itself is nice, but the organization was terrible. After a 9-hour drive on New Year’s eve, the guy at the reception was rude and started complaining about my friend who had booked the rooms. He changed our suite to a basic/ family room, saying it was 2000lek per night cheaper, but charged us the original price at check out. I’d only single out the waitress at the restaurant for being good. Never coming back!!

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful during our stay at The Grand Hotel. We had a spacious, clean room with elegant decor, a comfortable bed, and a luxurious bathroom. It was a wonderful experience.(group of sarande)

Room service and the restaurant service/food are both top tier here. Whenever I’m in Korça visiting my extended family, I stay at this place. One of the greatest hotels in town, and I’d recommend it to everyone stopping by.
