What stood out were the little touches in the room, they really made a difference. Everything was very clean, warm, and comfortable, while the staff were welcoming and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the hotel felt genuinely high standard.

The central location made it easy to walk out for dinner, drinks, and a few sights, and the underground parking was a big comfort. Inside, the bed was extremely comfortable, the rooms were clean, and Wi-Fi worked well throughout the building. The staff were excellent and the service was consistently top-notch. I’d happily recommend it to friends, including anyone who needs to work from the room.

Abaz, the manager, went far beyond what I expected. I left my wallet in the room with nearly $1000 American dollars, and after I called, he told me he had found it and drove all the way to Tirana to return it, with every dollar still inside. The stay itself was comfortable, with very clean rooms, attractive modern design, easy basement parking beside the entrance, and genuinely wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend.

I keep coming back to Richmond Hotel because it is one of my favorite places in Korca. The rooms are spacious and modern, with more room than you usually get in a hotel. There’s also a pleasant patio bar, a very good breakfast, and friendly people. The prices are good too, so it’s a great choice for a relaxing stay in Korca ❤❤❤.
