The reception staff made the stay even worse. They were unprofessional and clueless, and instead of helping, they made comments about us that were extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The hotel itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and missing basic hygiene standards. A very bad experience. I won't return or recommend it.

We couldn't rest because the noise was unbearable. The room was dirty, the bathroom smelled bad, and the reality looked nothing like the online photos. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and we had to ask several times for basic things. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made this a fantastic stay at Hotel Kristal. Our room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place was disgusting, and the problems started with the rundown rooms and the lack of AC in most of them. There is no lift to the upper floors. Our balcony had a beautiful view, but the door was literally nailed shut. Once we forced it open, there was a broken chair, an empty plastic bottle, and dusty flooring outside. The so-called “bathroom pod” was another joke. The toilet sits right by the entrance, leaving only 30cm of legroom, and if you're tall, closing the door is difficult. The glass in the door was nailed too, and empty shampoo packaging had been left by previous guests. Wi-Fi didn't work, the staff didn't care, and the food was terrible. Avoid if you can.
