Rino made the hostel feel fun and homey, treating us like friends and helping with whatever we needed. He shared local tips and restaurant recommendations, and even called the best taxi for us. The place is fairly new and wasn’t busy when we visited, though I’m sure it’ll fill up once more people find it. Our room had a great view from the balcony, and the rooftop view was even better. A few beaches are a short walk away, and the bus stop is right beside the hostel. If I’m in Ksamil again, I’ll definitely come back. I might even visit Albania just for the vibe here.

Rino and Eric do a great job looking after guests. If anything comes up, they sort it out straight away, and they have plenty of good recommendations. It’s a very social hostel, with an outdoor area for table tennis, chess, beer pong, and card games. The location is super central, just 15 meters from the bus stop, and there’s secure parking inside. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and there’s air conditioning. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Rino, aka Baba, knows Ksamil inside out and gave us great suggestions for quieter beaches away from the crowds. He makes sure people feel included, whether that means heading out for drinks together or just hanging out. And nobody’s beaten him at table tennis yet 😂😂😂 This was one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. See you, Baba, and thanks for everything! 📝Antoine Griezmann

The other staff members were kind and helpful, and we appreciated their efforts, but the owner or manager’s behavior ruined our stay. I’m not sure of his exact role, but he seemed drunk much of the time. He moved guests between rooms and beds as he pleased, without asking. Once, when a woman staying there was out of the room, he touched and moved her belongings without permission. When she challenged him, he responded rudely and inappropriately, saying, “I can do whatever I want with your things, I stole your underwear.” That was completely unacceptable. I stayed in the same room, but my roommates were made to change rooms several times without a valid reason. When I asked for a blanket because the air conditioning made the room very cold at night, he refused rudely, saying, “It’s summer, why do you need a blanket?” We felt neither comfortable nor safe. I can’t recommend this hostel, and I hope these issues are taken seriously.
