Ari at reception was always smiling and checking that my friends and I had what we needed. She suggested good places to eat and beaches to visit. When she heard we had to leave before breakfast on our last day, she kindly made sure the staff could prepare something before the restaurant opened. Adi from the bar and restaurant was also always there when we needed him and very helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job and had my room ready each day before I got back. The modern room had everything I needed for an unforgettable stay. From arrival to departure, everything at Rozafa Palace Hotel was perfect. I really enjoyed Saranda thanks in large part to them, and I'd definitely stay at Rozafa again if I return.

We first booked Rozafa Palace Hotel through Booking.com because of the great reviews, and the stay turned out even better than we expected. The hotel is in the lively tourist area at the heart of Sarandë, within walking distance or a short drive of the main sights in and around the city, right in the Albanian Riviera. The boutique hotel has beautiful modern architecture and carefully designed interiors. Our room was spacious, well laid out, and designed for comfort. The bathroom and shower were stylish and fully equipped, making them suitable for a longer vacation. We also had a private balcony that was lovely for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and varied, with vegetables, different cheeses, baked goods, and several kinds of omelets, all prepared with care. We initially booked five nights, then stayed four more. The staff arranged the extension smoothly and efficiently. The owner, Mr. Rafael, and his team were by far the kindest, most helpful, warm-hearted hotel staff we've encountered in decades of traveling around the world. When a personal issue came up and we needed help, Mr. Rafael went out of his way for us without hesitation or expecting anything in return. Just book Rozafa Palace Hotel and enjoy a vacation with warm, genuine people who care. Highly, highly recommended!

The hotel is in a brilliant spot, right near shops, bars, and restaurants, and only a five minute walk from the beach. Staff were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms were modern and exceptionally clean, with the cleaning staff coming every day and being lovely too. There was a fabulous range of food at the breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay at the Rozafa Palace again.

The underground parking garage made things especially convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The whole place was spotless and comfortable. It’s a new hotel with a modern, beautifully designed interior. Everything felt first-class.

The staff went out of their way to help us. Ksamil and its beautiful beaches are only about a 10-minute drive away, too. The hotel is modern and clean, and looks just like the pictures. We’d definitely return.
