The staff seemed bothered, and breakfast was just okay. My room wasn’t clean, and the sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed. The heater didn’t work at first, so I went to the front desk to report it. They told me it was on, but it wasn’t. Once they finally fixed it, the room took two hours to warm up. A disappointing stay.

We had a fabulous five-night stay in July and would definitely come back. Our family room worked for two adults and two children. The staff were always around to make sure we had a wonderful stay, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty to choose from.

The pool was a lovely bonus after a long, hot day on the road. Our room was stylish and the bed super comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, with a perfect location for us, just a two-minute walk to the beach. Parking was another bonus. We’d definitely stay again!

The location was perfect and close to the beach, and the room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, too. 10/10, top star hotel, best hotel in Ksamil. I’d definitely come back.

A perfect hotel right in the heart of Ksamil. I loved my stay here: the rooms were brilliantly comfortable, and the breakfast, pool, and all the facilities were perfect. I can’t thank the staff enough.
