Everything was spotless, including our room, the bathroom, and the shared areas. It was clear the staff really care about their guests, and they were kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. We had a great stay and would gladly return with our family. A clean, calm, friendly place, highly recommended.

We liked it enough to stay an extra night. Belmond was very clean, the pool was lovely, and the amenities were nice. Breakfast was unbelievably good, and all the hosts were friendly, helpful, and respectful.

The pool was a lovely place to unwind, and everything at the hotel was spotless and well cared for. Our room was cleaned every day, and both the air con and wifi worked perfectly. We were also just a short walk from a beautiful beach, good bars, and plenty of affordable restaurants. Ronaldo and his family made us feel at home right away. They were warm and chatty with everyone, and the whole team was always nearby if we needed help. The service was the best I’ve ever had. It felt like staying with friends, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the peaceful nights here. Restaurants are about a 5-minute walk away, and the beach takes around 10 minutes to reach. The hotel has only been open for a month, so everything feels new and modern. Our room was roomy, clean, and nicely designed, and the pool area was great. The owners were so hospitable. I’d recommend staying here and would come back if I return to Ksamil.

Tasty breakfast is included in the fair price. It’s a new hotel, the rooms are clean, and the hosts are super friendly!
