We had a great time at his guest house and would book it again if we return to ksamil. It's a short walk to ksamil beach, the iconic hand of ksamil, and restaurants. The stay was very reasonably priced. Gerard was kind and humble, and there whenever we needed anything. When we got to the bus-stop at night, he even offered transport, took us around, and showed us some good nearby restaurants. He also arranged a taxi for sightseeing when we asked. The driver, Florian, was accommodating and a good person.

We felt right at home, and are very grateful! The hosts were warm and ready to help, and everything was thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with coffee, fruit, and homemade treats. It's on a quiet street with a large parking lot, yet still close to the beach and center. We left with only the best impressions. Everything felt just perfect, and the service was at a high level.

The family put so much care into running this hotel, and we felt at home from the start. We had everything we needed and would happily return. Our room and the facilities were spotless and well kept, and breakfast had a great range of tasty choices each morning. The hosts were welcoming, lovely, and always willing to help. There's free parking inside the gated property, which felt safe and comfortable, and the beach and several good restaurants are only a short walk away. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The rooms were modern, clean, and well equipped. It's an ideal spot, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. We had a lovely stay.

The bathroom was the one issue for me: there was no shower curtain, so water got everywhere. Apart from that, our stay at Guest House Gerard was very good. The room was clean, the family was kind and helpful, and the location worked well, about a six-minute walk to the beach, with bars and restaurants nearby. Good value for the money.
