Hotel Boutique Onix

Onix Hotel is right in front of the beach, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Our room was modern and beautiful, with plenty of comfort and style. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

The description gave us the wrong impression. It was noisy and crowded, with buildings packed tightly around the hotel and cramped spaces inside. Parking wasn’t enough either. The worst part was the service and room: they gave us a smaller room without a sea view than the one we’d booked. When we chose not to stay, they kept the prepaid amount for nearly a week of reserved nights, even though we never stayed a minute, charging a 100% cancellation fee. Booking dit com did nothing to help us recover any of the money. A very sad experience.

We had such an easy, enjoyable stay at Onix hotel. It’s less than a minute from the beach, and our room had a sea view. The breakfast and room were lovely, and every detail was great. The staff were professional and very friendly. My family and I highly recommend it if you want a relaxed holiday. Thank you Onix hotel ♥️♥️♥️

The one bright spot was the breakfast lady, who was very nice. The rest was a huge disappointment, and the worst hotel we stayed at in Albania, despite having given six other hotels five-star reviews. We were travelling with two small children, and the balcony door in our third-floor room was broken. I reported it at check-in and asked to change rooms, but they said someone would come fix it. Nobody did. The hotel was really noisy, with loud music at night and construction noise during the day. The walls were so thin we could hear the neighbours.
