We booked a double room and were told beforehand it would be a four-bed room for just the two of us, which was fine. But we arrived to find a double bed and a bunk bed, not four separate beds. The bottom bunk was so low you couldn’t even sit on it. I asked if they could remove the top bunk or move us, and the staff responded rudely and irritably. They brought a narrow folding chair, so for two nights we had to take turns sleeping on it. Later, staff were rude and swore while finally removing the top of the bunk, but the room itself stayed the same. The bed creaked terribly with every little movement, making sleep almost impossible. The way we were treated was the worst part. Staff used offensive language and even threatened that we should leave and sleep out on the street if we didn’t like it. Completely unacceptable for a hotel. It was a very stressful, unpleasant stay, and I strongly don’t recommend this place.

The hotel is in a quiet area but still close to everything you might need. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and well organized. The standout was the varied, delicious breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. I’d gladly return and recommend it for a relaxing stay.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. It’s new and clean, with friendly staff and good breakfast food. Our rooms were a good size, and the bathrooms felt luxurious. The terrace also has a beautiful view.

They even prepared the room for our anniversary, which made the stay feel extra special. Everything matched the photos, and the staff were professional. The lovely woman at reception helped us with everything. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the sea and center are only a few steps away. Thank you 🙏🏻

Really good hotel, with clean rooms and a nice breakfast. The service was brilliant, especially from the guy at reception, who deserves a pay raise! He was always helpful and gave us good suggestions for attractions and restaurants.
