Breakfast was served at kristal beach bar, a short walk away, with plenty to choose from: cereal, pastries, eggs, and fresh fruit. Beta and the team were fantastic, and Elizabeth was the very epitome of hospitality. There’d been a power cut when we arrived, so she arranged to have our luggage stored in our room, then took us on to kristal beach bar. The staff were so helpful and added to the experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The new crystal hotel for a stay in Albania. Visit soon, you won’t regret it.

Elizabeth was so lovely and hospitable, doing everything she could to make us comfortable. Our flight arrived early, and there were no rooms available when my friends and I got to the hotel. She drove us to the restaurant by the seaside and gave us towels so we could relax on the sun-beds while we waited. She even checked us in earlier than the usual time so we wouldn’t feel stranded or left hanging around. We stayed 5days, and it was amazing. Breakfast was always a feast.

Elizabeth was very friendly and welcoming. We parked at the hotel, dropped off our things, then went to the hotel restaurant at the beach, where breakfast is served. We tried the seafood pasta and grilled shrimps, and both were very tasty. You get a sunbed and towel for resting at the beach and watching the sunset, if the bars’ loud music doesn’t bother you. The rooms were spacious and clean.

A few weeks ago, my friends and I stayed here and had no regrets. Elizabeth welcomed us warmly and took good care of us. Breakfast was usually by the beach, with an amazing view, and Elizabeth and her staff made sure we were satisfied. The hotel was neat and beautiful. Thanks so much for the warm hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it.

Elizabet was really accommodating, and the free loungers at her beach restaurant were a brilliant extra. It felt a lot more relaxed there than at some of the other clubs. The hotel was really clean and high quality, and probably had the best shower I’ve had in two weeks in Albania.
