I've returned to Hotel Ilio in Ksamil for several years, and every visit has been exceptional. The hotel is always spotless, with cleanliness standards that make it feel like home. Genci, the owner, deserves special thanks. He's friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. His kindness and eye for detail stand out. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming, well-managed place in Ksamil, I highly recommend Hotel Ilio. I'll definitely be back.

We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Ilio Ksamil. It's clean and comfortable, with a positive energy throughout. Genci was welcoming and respectful. One of the best places to stay in Ksamil.

We came to celebrate our anniversary, but the stay was deeply disappointing. We booked through booking.com, and when we arrived they raised the price. We agreed to that, then the man who was an employee and acted like the boss demanded an extra commission and told us to go withdraw cash, or he wouldn’t accept it. He said to postpone it. He wouldn’t let us into the room we had booked. The hotel has no other number to call. The entrance is small, the rooms are bad, and the only thing that looks nice is the pool in the pictures. The place may look beautiful online, but you’ll be embarrassed to come here. I gave one star, but even zero would be too generous. Don’t come. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
