Flower Garden

The all-inclusive package feels worth it because the staff are quick, attentive, and friendly, and the bar makes good drinks. There is a relaxed holiday mood throughout the day, although you may want to watch your weight. :) Flower Garden is right by the sea, with easy access to a private sandy beach and a genuinely upscale, calming atmosphere. The restaurant also stands out, offering a contemporary menu that is mixed Michelin like and Traditional, with fresh ingredients and attractive presentation. You can have a casual lunch or a proper dinner without leaving the property. Every night brings live music from well-known singers, giving the place a lively but romantic feel that works for couples, families, and anyone wanting a relaxed evening.

The SPA was poorly managed, disorganized, and clearly short-staffed. Service from the hotel team also felt unprofessional and unhelpful. The pool rules were not followed either, since children were still there after 8:00 PM despite the hotel's stated policy. The offers promoted by the hotel did not match the packages actually provided, which made the whole experience disappointing.

The only real positive was that some waiters were welcoming and kind. The management, however, was rude from the start after two of the five rooms we booked were canceled. Two families had to stay in separate apartments outside the hotel and could use the all-inclusive benefits only for an extra fee. The all-inclusive cocktails were horrible and, in my opinion, not drinkable. Although we had paid for all-inclusive, we ended up paying for alcoholic drinks because the paid ones were the good and acceptable options.

This was truly the worst experience I've had. I was incorrectly charged €1250 for a drink and waited 3 days to get the money back. The manager was rude and dismissive, gave no apology or compensation, and the same thing happened to my partner, although his refund came straight away. I spent 3 days in a foreign country without my holiday money, then flew home hoping it would arrive. He wouldn't even reimburse the £30 currency charge. The bar staff and cleaners were friendly, but some of the staff were extremely inexperienced.
