I found 3 hairs in the Seafood Risotto and sent it back. The "Restorant Manager" and Chef didn't even apologize, and they still included it in the final price, which we refused to accept. That's criminal behavior and has nothing to do with hospitality or tourism. I'll never return.

A great little hotel in the centre of the city, with delicious food at the restaurant and exceptionally clean rooms. The lovely, caring personnel made the hospitality especially pleasant, and we had a really great time.

The welcoming, friendly staff make Pilo Lala even better. It's the best restaurant in town center Lushnje, with traditional, delicious, organic food that I absolutely recommend trying. You can also have a great night's sleep there. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room was clean, smelled very fresh, and had very good standard finishings. The staff were welcoming and happy to help with whatever we asked, so it was excellent value for money.
