The breakfast was a big part of what I enjoyed at Light Hotel. There was a wide international spread, with cheeses, salami, desserts, fruit like bananas, apples, mandarins and oranges, plus tomatoes, cucumbers and plenty more. I can't recall it all. The food felt in keeping with Albania's reputation for organic produce. Coffee costs extra, but one euro for an espresso or latte seemed fair. My room was spacious, the beds were really comfortable, and the whole hotel felt spotless, with fresh air throughout. For a three-star place, the little extras were a nice surprise: slippers and even a dental kit, though there were no bathrobes. I've stayed in four-star hotels in England that didn't provide those items. I came away very pleased. Light Hotel was comfortable, clean, well equipped and good value, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Tirana.

The homemade cakes at breakfast were next level, and everything the women serving there brought out was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was really good. We also found the staff amazing, so friendly and helpful, and the car park service made things easy: we handed over the car and key, and they parked it for us, which is handy since driving and parking around there can be difficult. Our room was clean and spacious, with nice views even though the road was right there. The hotel is away from the centre, but the area has plenty of nice restaurants and bars to enjoy. We were really happy with our choice and would recommend it :)

The young women at the breakfast buffet were exceptional each morning, and the breakfast itself was lovely, with some healthy, all-natural choices. I spent four nights here after arriving in Albania while I waited for my apartment. The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent.

The hotel was very clean, and breakfast was very good. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the location worked really well. Parking service was excellent too. The staff were friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Great hospitality, definitely recommended.

I especially liked the breakfast, with several homemade choices. Restaurant staff were really nice and took the time to explain everything to me. Parking was easy, and the staff in general were helpful. I had a great stay and plan to come back next time.
