Mario Apartments

I wouldn't go back, and I hope others avoid it too. The worst part was how my autistic son was treated: he got into the pool with dirty feet, and the lady owner yelled at him until he cried. We were also told by the receptionist that we had to pay for a stain on the sheets, though it was only cream and could easily be washed out. The apartment was clearly set up for a couple, not four people. They had put two beds in the kitchen, leaving no room for a table or chairs. We had to eat on the balcony, where only two chairs fit, so we took turns. There were problems throughout: the toilet door wouldn't close properly, the kitchen smelled bad and its hood didn't work, the kitchen cabinet was broken, and the shower kept switching to cold after hot water. We had to wait 2-3 minutes for hot water again. It was also very noisy by the road. When we arrived, we couldn't find the property. I called the owner, who answered in a very arrogant tone.

We liked our stay at apartments Mario. The pool was great, everything was very clean, and the service was friendly and quick to respond. The room worked well for our family of three. My one complaint is the terrible wifi, so if reliable wifi matters to you, look elsewhere.

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made our family feel at home. The pool kept our little one entertained for hours, and the room and facilities were all immaculately clean. We also liked being close to the family-friendly centre, beaches, and restaurants. A fantastic stay that we'll remember for years!

It would have been useful to have another mirror in the apartment when the bathroom was occupied and someone else needed to get ready. Otherwise, we found the place spotless, including the communal areas, which were continually being cleaned. The staff were extremely friendly, the terrace was lovely, and the pool was a refreshing extra after a hot day at the beach. Our modern apartment was comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower with plenty of hot water.
