The hosts made us feel welcome right away and were wonderfully thoughtful throughout our stay at Vila La Familia. They shared useful local tips and surprised us with fresh fruit and homemade treats, which added a lovely personal touch. We especially enjoyed having a balcony where we could sit with coffee or unwind in the evening, looking over greenery toward the sea. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless. The place is close to Ksamil's beaches, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet at night. We had an amazing stay and would happily return. If you're after a clean, welcoming place in Ksamil, we'd recommend it.

The sea was nearby, and the location worked really well. We had a spacious, very clean house with a balcony for watching the lovely sunset. The staff were so welcoming and polite, and breakfast was delicious. 🤗🤗

Getting back from the beach meant walking up a fairly steep hill, which could be tiring. Still, it was a small drawback next to everything else. The location is handy, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere at Villa la Familia Ksamil was calm and cozy. The hotel is modern, clean, and well cared for, with rooms that felt brand new. The host was kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist. It felt like home, and we'd definitely return. 💙

The people working here made our stay. They were incredibly helpful with suggestions for things to do and arranging taxis and other transport. Most Ksamil attractions are within walking distance, and there's a convenience store right nearby. Our room was clean and pleasant, with all the essentials we needed. Breakfast is served from 8-10 am, with cereals and baked goods to choose from. In the evening you can buy crepes and other desserts at the hotel. We had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

A short walk takes you to the beaches, and the promenade is right outside. The rooms were modern, equipped with what we needed, and kept very clean. The host family looked after us with real warmth and care. A heartfelt thank you for the hospitality, we absolutely recommend staying here.
