You can walk to Ksamil beach in 2-3 minutes, and the market is just a minute away. The residence is right by Ksamil’s main road, but the apartments are well soundproofed, so even loud music across the street didn’t disturb our sleep. Everything else is close too, from the pharmacy, bars, restaurants, and shops to the beaches. The apartment was very clean, with cleaning every two days, and the air conditioning worked well. There was plenty of parking within the residence. The owner greeted us in person, explained what we needed to know, and spoke English very well. He was really helpful whenever we needed anything, which made the stay easy. We absolutely recommend this place and hope to return.

Everything inside was new and the cleanliness was at a very high standard. It’s a great place to stay in Ksamil, with everything nearby. The only downside was the noise from the street and bars during the day when staying on the street-facing side.
