Even with the heat outside, the new, efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable day and night. The room had everything essential, plus a spacious balcony and a drying rack for our swimsuits. The area was quiet in the evenings, and the beach was about a 15-minute walk away. I had a really comfortable stay, and the hosts were incredibly kind. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were always ready to help and incredibly kind, which made the stay feel relaxed and well looked after. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely return.

The balcony had a very nice view, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities working well. There’s a supermarket nearby, and the beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. The area is quieter than the party spots. I’d highly recommend it for trips with friends, family, or as a couple.

We stayed at ABIORI villa with friends in June, and the quiet part of Ksamil where it’s located was a real plus. The rooms were nicely furnished and the AC worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and easy to reach, which matters a lot to me when I’m choosing somewhere to stay. We knew from the start we’d picked well. If I’m back in Ksamil, I’ll stay at Abiori villa again.

Linda, the manager, was so welcoming, pleasant, and attentive throughout our lovely two-week stay. Thank you for everything. We’ll definitely come back if we get the chance! ✨
