The balcony was a favorite, especially for the beautiful sunsets, and having free parking plus a washer and drying rack made things easy. The place was very clean, with a kitchen that worked well for simple meals. There was an electrical fire and the power went out during my stay, but the owner was kind and flexible about changing my dates. Ksamil was already busy with tourists in 2023, so the quiet setting was welcome, while the town was still only about a 15-minute walk away. Really special place, and I'd recommend it.

The rooftop balcony was the highlight, with the sea on one side and the lake on the other. The location is peaceful but only minutes from the center and the best beaches, with a restaurant next door and two small convenience stores nearby, one open nonstop. Everything felt new and fully equipped, and the front yard was nice too. Staff responded within minutes, handled the trash, and cleaned every day. Easily the best quality apartment I've stayed in. We'll definitely return next year.

We really enjoyed staying here. The host was fantastic, the facilities were great, and the washing machine was available. It's close to a store and three restaurants or tavernas, with beautiful sunsets and the town center not far away. Definitely recommended.

The people running the place were very respectful and friendly. Everything in this super apartment was perfect and clean. For me, it's the best place in Ksamil.

The kids were happy playing in the garden, and we all enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The owners were kind and always available whenever we needed something.
