There’s plenty of parking, and the pool is a nice bonus. Our room was lovely, with a roomy bathroom and balcony. The couple who run the property, along with their daughter, were so kind and helpful. I’d recommend staying here.

After a long day, having a pool to come back to was great. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was spot on for visiting Ksamil. Marku Palace is run by a lovely mum, dad, and daughter who were always happy to help. We had a lovely stay and I’d highly recommend it.

We came away with wonderful memories. The family who own Marku Palace were always around if we needed information or help, and were just as happy to chat over a drink in the shade. It was great value and in a good location, with amazing staff. We’d brought friends over from the US and didn’t know quite what to expect from Albania or the hotel, but both exceeded our expectations. One of our best travel experiences this year.

The road leading here is in pretty rough shape, so getting to the hotel was a little tricky. Once there, though, the spacious room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean too, with a good shower and lots of fresh towels. The interior has a modern, minimalist feel, and there’s free Wi-Fi and parking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the small pool and the comfortable terrace in the evening. We liked our stay.

The location was perfect, the room was large, clean and well equipped, and the staff were lovely. But the Wi-Fi was absolutely awful. There were five different modems to try, and every one was so bad I couldn’t even load emails, let alone post this review. It really let the property down.
