The staff were really friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English. It’s a comfortable place in a useful location for outdoor activities, with places like Tropoja and the Gjalica mountain nearby. Especially good for families with children, and you can even try the ALBANIAN RAKIA. I’d recommend it.

The rooms at Hotel Dion were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming and always happy to help. It’s also easy to find and close to everything, so I’d happily stay here again when visiting Kukës.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable, and the huge balcony made up for it with incredible mountain views. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to be helpful. I noticed some reviews mention that staff aren’t always at the desk, but they were nearby in an empty room with the door open. I didn’t need them, though I’m sure they would have helped if I had asked.

Jimi was very polite and helpful when we checked out, and the hotel manager also took the time to ask whether we were satisfied. The room and the rest of the hotel were clean, the staff were respectful, and the service was excellent. We had a pleasant stay at the Dion Hotel.
