The mountain views are beautiful, and the setting is quiet while still being close to everything in Kukës. Hotel Gjalllica felt cozy and welcoming, with clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms and fresh, satisfying breakfast. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my visit. I had a really pleasant stay this month and would happily choose this hotel again.

Hotel Gjalica is worth booking for several nights, not just a single night. The people are fantastic, the staff are wonderful, and the hospitality and communication are excellent. The food is varied and enjoyable, while the rooms are warm and comfortable with everything needed. I suggest this hotel because it really is worth staying at 😊

The service, food, and staff were all +5⭐️, and the service and food were perfect. The room, however, was disappointing. There was no bathroom cabinet, toilet paper holder, or holder for face and hand towels, and nowhere to put the toothpaste and toothbrush. There was also only one outlet in the room. Overall, 5⭐️.

The location is convenient, right on one of the main streets, and there are some parking spaces in front of the hotel. The breakfast was basic and didn't include coffee, though, and the room was very cold.
