The rooms were clean, but this hotel is not suitable for a vacation. The staff and owners were very difficult to communicate with and seemed repressive. The location was poor, the rooms were too small, and the dark colors on the walls and in the bedding looked very ugly. There wasn’t enough water, the showers were bad, and there’s no elevator, only stairs. The food was not very good either.

The waiters were polite and quick, but the rest of the service was not good. We had a reservation that the hotel had forgotten, and when we arrived the room still wasn’t ready. The receptionist was nowhere to be found. There were lots of mosquitoes, and because the second floor had no electricity, there was no air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. The hotel’s response was basically, “this happens all over the world, not just here.”

The staff were really nice and the room itself was lovely during our one night. Still, it felt overpriced because there was no hot water, the heating didn’t work, and the WiFi signal was extremely weak.

The area around the hotel was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work. We stayed there during our vacation, and the food was good.

The place was dirty and the electricity was poor. The receptionist and other staff were very rude and impolite, and they didn’t seem qualified. I wouldn’t say it’s worth going there.
