The room and balcony were spacious, and the sea view was great. Parking is available right in front, with beaches and restaurants close by. The hotel has a retro look, but it’s cute in its own way. The downside is that the couch, bed, and pillows are all very hard and a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast has plenty of options, though it’s average overall. The room doors don’t block sound at all, so sleep at night could be disturbed. Still, it was a good place for a couple of nights.

The lady at reception was kind, but the manager was argumentative and unprofessional when we politely raised our concerns. We had booked a different room from the one we were given, and the sheets and pillows were dirty, with hair and a small bug on them. Reception wasn’t available despite the 24/7 listing. The elevator only went to the first floor and wasn’t working properly, so we couldn’t get to reception when we needed help. Breakfast was poor, with dry bread and food that tasted as though it had been sitting out for days. We wanted to leave after one night, but they insisted we pay for two nights and extra services. We can’t recommend this hotel.

It was quiet, and the setting was beautiful. The location is amazing, and for the price, this is the best hotel you can choose. The kindest, most welcoming staff looked after us, and our big, beautiful room had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was AMAZING, with so many choices. Lots of love from Montenegro, we’ll be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a beautiful view from our balcony, and the room was very clean and quiet. The staff were so friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a big selection of eggs, meats, cheese, fruit, pastries, bread, juice, and coffee. It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, markets, and bars, and the area is well lit at night. I’d stay again if I’m in Saranda.

The apple juice is the best, I almost drank a whole bottle once 😆🧃 I’ve stayed here several times and have always been happy with the accommodation and kind staff. The bestt hotel in Saranda! TOTALLY RECOMMEND! ❤️
