The views are lovely, and the large, comfortable rooms are right on the main square. Restaurants and cafes are very close. We stay here every time we visit.

The refurbished room was very clean, and the hotel is in the city center, with everything less than 10 minutes away on foot. What impressed me most, though, was how the staff helped when I became ill with a virus. They were so cordial and let me keep the room until my ride home arrived. I’m grateful for that small kindness, which made a big difference.

The room was small, though it was very clean. Breakfast was the weak point, with such poor service that it was sad. They need a new chef and staff with more passion. There isn’t much basic accommodation in this region, and this place is what you’d expect from a 3 star. Its advantages are being close to the vjosa river, places to eat, and a lot of history.

The room was very large and newly redecorated, but it had several issues. The bed was hard, it was noisy, and there was no refrigerator. The air conditioner and heater were completely broken, and one electrical outlet had also been taken out. On the positive side, the service, location, and view were excellent. The buffet was average, and the show was amazingly good.

The prices are very good, and the location is the best.
