The staff were the real strength here, kind, welcoming, polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. They handled our early check-in and extra crib without any trouble. The rooms were comfortable, clean, new, and fresh, and the location is excellent, around 5-7 minutes from the main boulevard, restaurants, and beach. It’s a quiet, kid-friendly place. Breakfast, unfortunately, was really poor, with almost no choice and hygiene concerns. Food was left uncovered, and after 20 minutes the 200 gr of butter was melting across the plate. Coffee and tea weren’t included either, so we had to pay for them. Aside from breakfast, I’d really recommend this accommodation.

We cancelled the apartment booking because of circumstances, but months later our prepayment still hasn’t been returned despite asking several times. The rental terms said the deposit was refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. I expect a hotel owner to honor that agreement and be a trusted partner, so I can’t recommend this place.

The arrangement worked especially well for our group of three families with children. Rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the layout was ideal for traveling with friends. The pool was clean, and the staff were friendly.

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Albania so far, with a lovely place and lovely staff. Finding it can be a bit tricky, though, because there’s no sign on the last road.
