There was no Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel, which should be essential. The bathroom was a disaster too: the shower tray was yellow, dirty water came from the shower, nobody knew where it was coming from, the hot water didn't work, and smoke came out of the showerhead. The rooms were awful and filthy, with dust everywhere, stained sheets, including blood stains, no wardrobe hangers, broken outlets, and holes in the walls. If I could give this hotel a 0, I would. My advice is to avoid it, it feels worthy of a psychiatric hospital.
It doesn't feel like a hotel at all. The outside area is packed with rows of identical-looking tables and chairs, where you can eat meatballs and drink beer. Every night had unpleasant live music. I can't comment on the rooms, but judging from the outdoor space, I believe they may be the same.
HOTEL SKANDALOZ !!! The inside rooms are different from the ones shown online. The windows are falling apart, the doors are too, and there are even holes in the doors 😂. There were no towels in the rooms, and you had to keep asking for a day before they brought any. The toilet paper was another problem, and the sheets had stains. They still tell you to pay 3000 lek for one night at that terrible quality. The bathroom had an old-fashioned mirror, and the furniture in my room was no better. Please don't go, it really isn't worth it. You'll end up traumatized. 😀
The view was very nice, and the staff were fantastic. They responded on time and dealt with customer problems immediately.
