The location is right in the center of Permeti, with free parking behind the building and an amazing neighborhood. It is easy to find everything nearby, and people around there are so kind that they might even give you a flower if you ask what they planted on their balcony. The rooms smell amazing, are perfectly clean, and have air conditioning with a wireless remote. Wi-Fi is included, and the Android TVs are great for kids' cartoons, although you may not even need the air conditioner. Service was five-star. I got everything I needed within five minutes, and a very friendly man said thank you to me six times. Communication was easy. The price is by far the best in Permet City, around half to a quarter of what other hotels in the area charge. Compared with Hotel Permeti, where I stayed 50M away, this place is much better and costs a quarter of the price. It says Guest house, but it is 100% an hotel. The price/quality ratio is the best in Permeti, and I will return to Guest House Kondili next time.
