The lake view and central location were wonderful during our two-day stay. Everything looked just like the photos, and the place felt very luxurious. The lady was also really kind to us. I’d recommend it whenever you visit beautiful Pogradec.

I was charged much more than the nightly price shown on the website. The owner handled the situation in a very manipulative way, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was perfect, and the guy who welcomed us was kind and always ready to help with our requests. The only disappointing thing was that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot enough to use.

Booking.com gave me a reservation different from the one I had selected. The apartment owner was respectful and polite, and he tried to offer options that would work better for my family. None of them suited us, though, so we canceled the reservation.
