Aross Hotel&Spa

The calm, stylish atmosphere makes Hotel Aross suitable for both holidays and business trips. My room was spotless, well arranged, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff welcomed me warmly from the moment I arrived, and service was always prompt and friendly. The location is convenient too, close to whatever you might need. I highly recommend it for cleanliness, quality, and warm hospitality, and I’ll definitely return. 😍😍😍😍

The multinational team made the biggest impression on me. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly willing to go out of their way for guests. From beginning to end, the service was perfect, and the whole stay felt comfortable and smooth. It exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Waking up to the stunning sea view at Aross Hotel & SPA was breathtaking. Everything was exceptionally clean, carefully arranged, and well maintained, which created a real sense of comfort and peace. The receptionists cover 3 shifts and are always available, friendly, and dedicated to helping whenever needed. A luxurious and relaxing holiday destination.

This was a miserable experience and nowhere near a 5-star hotel. The spa, pool, and sauna were all closed when we arrived, despite being advertised, with no warning, explanation, or apology. Dinner was just as disappointing. Although our package included breakfast and dinner, almost everything on the dinner menu was unavailable, leaving us with pizza every night and no soup, salad, or dessert. Most of the staff were rude or unhelpful, acting annoyed when we asked for basic service. One or two people did try to help, but they were the exception. Hotel Aross badly misrepresents what it offers, more like 2 stars on a good day. Save your money and avoid the frustration.
