We had no hot water during our stay. We told reception and were fobbed off. An engineer came to the room and agreed there was a problem, but nobody offered to move us or did anything to help. On our last evening, ants had infested both the room and bathroom. It was disgusting. We've been trying to get a refund for over three months and have got nowhere. The hotel ignores attempts to contact them. It's a horrible place. Don't stay.

The hotel was right on the beach, and my room had a beautiful sea view that made the stay special. Everything was great: the place was clean and well organized, with spotless rooms, fairly new modern furniture, and a clean bathroom with a modern design. The staff were kind, incredibly helpful, and always available when I needed anything. I'm genuinely happy with my experience and will definitely come back.

The reviews give a misleading impression. We stayed five nights and the hotel simply wasn't worth the price. The balcony was already damaged when we arrived, but staff blamed us and tried to charge €400. They're still trying to get us to pay through booking.com, and the balcony was never repaired, so we couldn't dry our clothes. Service was terrible, with a rude and unhelpful receptionist. Breakfast was minimal, and even machine coffee cost extra.

Armarildo at reception made the stay stand out. He was courteous, always helpful, and went above and beyond with restaurant, bar, and beach suggestions, booking us a taxi, and recommending a wonderful boat tour. The rest of the staff were friendly and professional too. Our room was modern, very clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. The hotel was ideally located, with the beach, city center, and main attractions all within easy reach. I'd definitely return!

Clea at reception was kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Amrildo was the standout, though, very professional, welcoming, and helpful, and he really went above and beyond to make the stay feel personal and comfortable. The man who handled breakfast and worked at the bar was another highlight, warm and eager to help, making mornings a pleasure. We had a great stay, with a beautiful sea view, attentive staff, and cleanliness that was spot-on throughout. Highly recommended!
