The beach is very close, and we could easily walk to several good restaurants. It was ideal for our group, with both the adults and children enjoying having the beach almost at the doorstep. We had several cars, so the private parking was a real help. We booked Franklin Rooms in Sarandë at the last minute during peak season. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though basic, which felt fair given the timing. The staff, especially the owner, were genuinely friendly and accommodating. We arrived needing help, and they responded quickly. EV charging needs some clarification. The property is listed as having it, but we found an industrial three-pin outlet rather than a dedicated charger. The owner was very helpful and got us set up with slow charging at around 2.3 kW. That brought the car to a sufficient level, but the listing should be updated or a proper charger installed so future guests know what to expect. All in all, it was a good, practical base with helpful staff, plenty of parking, and a great location.

We stayed four to an apartment at Franklin Rooms and found it comfortable and always clean. The people working there were cheerful and ready to help, and the host kindly answered our questions. There are several beaches across the way, a few restaurants, and shops selling groceries nearby. Private parking is a huge plus. We were really happy with our stay in Saranda and highly recommend the place. 💪💗

The food was really good, and we enjoyed it. The waiter seemed sleepy, was always on his phone, and wasn’t friendly. Ordering might be easier if you have his phone number. At the end we were charged more than we should have been. The invoice was upside down, but when I asked about it, they corrected it right away.

The balcony had a stunning view, and a garage was included. The apartment was fine, with AC in every room and good-looking furniture. They cleaned the rooms every three days.
