The room on the fourth floor was spacious, with a stunning sea view, but we could hear a lot of restaurant noise in the evening, which really wasn’t pleasant. The breakfast was okay. Staff were caring, respectful, kind, and accommodating, and the hotel itself is beautiful.

We stayed for two days and were touched by how warmly the staff welcomed us. They treated us with so much affection, and the hospitality was amazing. Our room had a lovely view, and the breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and great quality. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back.

We felt less like customers and more like family at Litan Hotel. The owner was so gracious and kind, and the thoughtful details made the stay feel personal, especially when a lovely lady offered us a refreshing juice as we checked out. The staff were consistently attentive and nice. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and very well maintained and organized, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip, delicious and plentiful, and having it on the terrace with that stunning sea view made every morning special. It felt like a warm, welcoming home away from home, and stands out as one of our best hotel experiences ever. Highly recommended if you want an intimate, warm place to stay in Saranda.

Ten of us stayed at the hotel and were extremely happy with the service. It was very clean, had a good atmosphere, and the people were kind, including the friendly receptionist. Breakfast was included, and the portions were good. I do want to warn others to avoid Redi car rental and check the insurance carefully when hiring. There was a leaflet for the company at the hotel, and we rented from them only to find out we had third party insurance only. The car wasn’t in good condition and the brake was making a noise, so they took it back and “fixed it.” We were then in a big accident because the brake didn’t work, and had to pay £1400 to fix the car.

The family’s warmth is what made our stay feel so personal. The chef, who is the owner’s sister, puts real care into every meal, and her son, **Joni**, was always smiling and attentive. We felt more like we were visiting relatives than staying at a hotel. Litan Hotel is a lovely family-run place with modern, spotless rooms, beautiful sea views, and great value. A memorable stay, and easy to recommend.
