Jako Premium Hotel

The staff at Jako Premium Hotel were so welcoming and accommodating, and helped with everything we needed. They even decorated my room as a birthday surprise, which made the trip with my friends feel really special. Our room had gorgeous views. It was a truly premium stay!

The two women at reception were lovely, and the manager, Odisea I believe, gave 10/10 customer service. The team went out of their way to make our time in Albania memorable, suggesting places to see and making sure we were comfortable at the hotel. We visited in summer while the hotel was still quite new, and I’d recommend it if you want a premium place in a great location. The shower in our room was clogged and the shower blinds didn’t close all the way, probably because everything was so new. Apart from those issues, I couldn’t fault anything. I’d visit again if I return to Albania. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

The team really made this stay, from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast staff. Thanks, everyone, for being so welcoming! We were a family staying three nights in different rooms. They were all modern, spacious and well cared for, with comfy beds and lovely balconies facing the ocean. There’s free parking, and the location is handy for strolls up and down Saranda. Keep doing what you’re doing.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully put together, and the sea-view bathtub made the stay feel special. Up on the roof, the pool has breathtaking views, while the sauna and jacuzzi are lovely places to unwind. The whole hotel was spotless, the location was stunning, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The manager stood out for being professional, attentive and genuinely caring toward guests. Comfort and service both exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it!
