Heiress Hotel

The best part for me was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and ready with help or suggestions, and their hospitality made us feel valued. The hotel itself has a convenient spot close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Sarandë, and this is one of my favorites for both work and a holiday. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything was well maintained, with a modern but cozy feel. The bed was comfortable and supportive, and as light sleepers we were grateful for the soundproofing. The thick walls and insulated doors meant we weren’t disturbed during the night. We’ll definitely choose this hotel next time we visit Sarandë. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for the care they put into guests’ stays.

The inviting feel of Hotel Heiress made it a lovely place to relax. Its modern, elegant design creates a chic but comfortable atmosphere. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally nice, going out of their way to make my stay memorable. It exceeded all my expectations. Very recommend.

We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and felt looked after by the friendly staff. The room was clean and nicely arranged, and the location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach and lots of restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay.
