The staff were so kind and helpful, especially TONI, who went out of his way to help us. We felt welcome and well looked after, and that level of care is rare. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel in Saranda. Thank you, Toni, for your support. We'll definitely come back!

Villa Kalcuni is peaceful and comfortable, and the staff made my off-season stay feel special. I spent almost a week there and was treated like visiting royalty. Tony at the front desk was genuine and friendly, shared great local advice, and even arranged a taxi to Butrint, one of my bucket-list sites. My balcony had perfect views of the boats and sea. The room was extremely comfortable, with excellent linens and the softest pillows. I wanted to take one home, but it wouldn't fit in my bag, and I imagine stealing is frowned on, even for visiting royalty. Lol. Everyone was kind. Eda checked in daily about my breakfast preferences and laid it out on a lovely table overlooking the sea. The grounds are small but charming, with green space, plants, flowers, and a few friendly hotel cats living outside. The location is ideal, close to the ferry and with beautiful views across the sea toward Saranda. Restaurants and a grocery store are literally a one-minute walk away. There is some music nearby, but it was mostly muted with the balcony door closed and never bothered me. It's about a 10-minute walk to the center and promenade, close enough for easy access while still letting me relax and enjoy the sea views. I highly recommend it, an easy 10+ experience.

We traveled from America for our wedding anniversary and were upgraded to a suite. The beach is just steps away, the pool is amazing, and breakfast was great each morning. We also loved the beautiful sunset view. The hotel is absolutely wonderful and the staff are top notch. Highly recommend!

There's no food service apart from breakfast, but the beach is easy to reach and umbrellas and loungers are complimentary. The pool is nice too. The hotel is just across the street from Black Marlin, an excellent restaurant, and very close to the ferry port. One issue: I booked through Booking.com, but the amount I was charged was about $50 more than Booking.com had quoted.
