I had a sea-view room with a spacious bathroom, room and balcony. The spot was perfect, right near the end of the boardwalk and just a couple of minutes from the beach. Lovely view, but away from the noise. The room is excellent if you’re comfortable with stairs.

The rooms were really good, and from the hotel you get a lovely view. It’s close to the center of Saranda too. Definitely worth what it costs.

The sea view is lovely, but it doesn’t make up for the problems here. During busy periods, the prices are high for what you get. Room sizes vary even at the same price, and the air conditioning can fail in very hot weather. Some rooms are labeled “fancy” but involve climbing lots of stairs. There’s nowhere in the rooms to secure valuables, and the bathroom sinks drain poorly while the showers flood. The front desk setup is inadequate too. I’d look elsewhere for a place that costs the same or less.

You can reach the bars and restaurants on foot in about 5-10 minutes, and the location is right in central Sarande. The beds weren’t very comfortable, the rooms looked older than in the photos, and the parking area was messy. There also wasn’t a lobby, and the front desk wasn’t open around the clock. I’d give it 6/10.

The host was kind and ready to help, and the free parking came in handy since we’d driven there. Our room was on the 4th floor, with a great view of the sea, port, and promenade. Really nice hotel.
