Keljani Resort was a letdown. The rates are very high for what you get, while the rooms and facilities feel old and poorly cared for. The furniture and decor badly need renovation. Service was frustrating too. Staff seemed unprepared and uninterested, and even simple requests took ages or weren't handled at all. There was no real feeling of hospitality or concern for guests. Given the prices, I expected much more. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they make major improvements.

I really wouldn't recommend their restaurant. Our friends from Albania paid much less than we did. We were charged 15 euros for a cola and half a glass of wine, which seems a lot for Sarandë. I think they hear people speaking English and just name a price.

We found the place super comfortable, with great views, plenty of parking, amazing pools and very affordable prices. The staff and owners were hospitable, and I couldn't really fault the stay. It's a simple but magnificent place, nicely situated between sarande and ksamil. When we visited, I think the hotel was still new, so a few things were missing from the rooms, like an iron and kettles with tea or coffee. Those were small details and didn't affect our stay overall.

It's an easygoing place, with beautiful pools and a private beach. The owner treats everyone like family and helps with any request or wish. We loved the views from the rooms and the amazing service. There are lots of hotels in the city, but this one feels like a home away from home, and I'll be back.

The hotel wasn't at all like it looked online. The beach was far away, and the hotel was in a separate building 20 meters from the restaurant where the pools are. It wasn't worth the price. There was no elevator, room service or reception open 24/7. We got food poisoning and our baby girl hurt her foot. We asked for directions to the hospital and got no help at all. Breakfast was very poor, and it wasn't self-service. They only served what they decided to give us. After one shower, the bathroom flooded because there was no drain. I don't know how they call themselves a hotel when their services are nowhere near what a hotel should provide. Worst experience ever!
