We first came two years ago, then returned with our family this year. The family running the place is so friendly, hardworking, and always ready to help. Breakfast is included, there's a garage, and the rooftop has great nighttime views over Saranda. It works really well for couples and families, and the service and atmosphere are the best I've experienced. I'd choose it for every vacation. Highly recommend! 😁

The terrace has an amazing view, and they served the best breakfast, with lots of choices and homemade traditional treats. Much better than a normal hotel breakfast! We had a long drive on our departure day, so they insisted we take some food along for lunch. The family running the place was nice and welcoming, and everywhere was very comfortable and clean. I'd give it 10/10 😃

The family running Villa Gjoni made our stay feel like a five star hotel experience. Our rooms were cleaned every day without us asking, we had fresh towels, and the atmosphere was so friendly. The villa is about 200 meters from the beach, up a bit of a hill, which didn't bother us. Our room was spacious, modern, well equipped, and had a large balcony with an amazing sea view. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was served on a beautiful fourth floor terrace with a sea view. There's also a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook or make a drink. It's a small hotel, but the family was extremely nice and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. This was our best stay ever. We're really grateful and hope to return to Saranda and stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the promenade, and getting around was easy. Our room was bright and spacious, with a small balcony for watching the sunrise. Every morning, they cleaned it and replaced the bedding and towels, then served a homemade breakfast spread on the sea view terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and treated us like family. The most welcoming hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd highly recommend it if you're coming to Saranda.

The neighborhood is nice, and the people there are lovely. The rooms are big, beautiful, and comfortable. The owner was really nice, helped us a lot, and gave us a list of tourist places and restaurants. 💕💕
