Reception and housekeeping were the real standouts for me. They were welcoming and did their best to make the stay pleasant. The facilities were clean and well kept, and the private beach, with comfy loungers and umbrellas, was a gem. This is a good place to switch off, relax, and enjoy the Albanian coast. For nightlife or a more developed tourist setup, I'd choose somewhere nearer the city center or in Ksamil. A few small improvements could make guests happier. Breakfast could have more variety to match international 4-star standards, the coffee machine could be better, and access to the hotel needs work while the surrounding roads are still under construction. Albania is beautiful and developing quickly, with a remarkable spirit. With some updates, I think this hotel has plenty of potential to appeal even more to future visitors.

A lovely hotel, and the beach attached to it feels like a dream. The staff are lovely too. The food is nice, though halal options are limited and most of what's available is okay. They could add tea, coffee, and an iron to the rooms like most hotels, then it would be spot on. Still amazing for a getaway.

The private beach was wonderful and felt very safe, with lots of loungers. Since we were there in a quieter season, there weren't all the summer activities, but we were just looking to relax, so that didn't bother us. The pool was a good size too, with plenty of loungers for everyone. Breakfast was lovely and had plenty of options, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortably fit our family of 3. The hotel and room were very clean. We did run into a few times when the hotel seemed to be out of hot water, so in busy season, maybe shower in the morning. They don't provide pool/beach towels, though I'm not sure if that's normal for this part of the world since it was our first time here. Remember our beach towels! The location worked well for us, and we didn't mind the 30 min walk into town. Would stay again.

The town can be noisy, crowded and a bit messy, so being a little away from the center was actually better. The road to the hotel goes past a graveyard, which you don't expect. The hotel itself is nice, with clean rooms, a small pool and a lovely private beach included in the price. There was beautiful live music each night we stayed, and free parking too. One of the best hotels around for a reasonable price.
