The staff were kind, and the balcony view was beautiful. That was about all I liked. We had no hot water, along with other people in our group, and showering in ice-cold water was awful even in summer. Towels and sheets weren’t changed. After the room was cleaned, we weren’t even given fresh soap, so we had to use the shampoo we’d brought to wash our hands. There was no security at night either. This hotel doesn’t deserve its stars or the price. I strongly wouldn’t recommend it if you want a holiday without bad feelings.

We had nowhere to go, and in the end they gave us rooms for the night. All four of us slept in one room without toilet paper, and its air conditioner leaked all over the floor. The other room couldn’t be used at all, with no air conditioning and just two cots. I’m 70 and have never been treated like this. The owner acted as if this were a five-star place, but I gave one star because there was nothing lower. We’d booked two rooms and a pool through a travel agency because the pool was shown on their site. The owner put us in one of her sister hotels and said the pool was only for children. I’m older and can’t walk down to the sea over rocks, which was one reason we chose it. There was nobody around to help with drinks at the pool, which wasn’t being used. When we asked why we weren’t in the hotel we paid for, she shrugged and said we could leave if we didn’t like her rules. Our travel agent called to move us to the newer hotel we’d booked. The owner was upset that we’d gone over her head, and the next morning she was kicking us out. My granddaughter calmed her down, and then we were moved to the hotel we’d booked. We thanked her several times. The rooms were nicer, with a wonderful balcony and view. But after our third day, when we returned from Greece, the owner had staff go through our belongings, pack our bags, and leave them in the lobby. She made a young girl wait to tell us what had happened. My medication was left out in the hallway where our room had been, and we only found it because of my granddaughter. My clothes were all wet inside the luggage. They put us out and said there’d be no refund for the two nights. Where I come from, that’s called a thief. They kept our money and kicked us out for no reason. Please check the other beautiful hotels in this amazing place. Stay here and you’ll be absolutely disappointed.

We came through Rainbow travel agency, and our rooms weren’t ready until 5pm. The owner seemed unhappy to see us, acted aggressively and rudely, and threw her phone and keys. Receptionists didn’t even greet us and were very loud in the evening. Dinner was in another building, and it was disgusting, old chicken with bread. There was no wifi in the room, and being close to the street made it noisy. The rooms were old and in terrible shape, with a leaking shower, dirty walls and floors, and warms in the bathroom. Definitely not a 4* hotel, maybe one. Don’t visit or leave your money here.

The room was clean and tidy, and good for the price. From the Seaside room the view was amazing. It’s a little out of town, so nights are quiet, but there’s a bus stop right outside and getting around is easy. The restaurant is basic, with a small but okay breakfast selection. I didn’t try dinner there.
