The receptionist was nice, and the price felt fair. The AC and wifi worked well, but the stay wasn't relaxing. It's a bit of a walk to the heart of town, and the street-facing rooms are extremely noisy, especially on the ground floor. You're practically right beside the sidewalk, so you hear every bit of conversation, dogs barking, and cars speeding by. The towels were rough, and there were no blankets, just sheets. I'd rate it 2/5, with plenty of room for improvement.

We had a great time here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious, each with its own AC. We had the top room, which had a spectacular view, and the beach is only a 3-minute walk away.

The owners were very friendly, and the rooms were clean with sea views. We didn't stay because they don't have rooms with four beds, though it seems like a nice place for a couple. Breakfast is included, and the location is good, right above the beach.

The balcony was big and had a table, while the room itself was quite small but generally good and clean. The kitchen felt a bit bare, with very few dishes and cutlery, just one large pan and one large pot. There's no water boiler or microwave. I think those are must-haves in a small apartment where you can't really cook and might just want to heat something quickly. The hotel is fairly well placed, near the main harbor, a couple of markets, and some cafes and restaurants. It isn't really central, though, and the walk toward the more central sea-walk takes about 10-15 minutes. The AC does its job but may be a little noisy.

All three rooms our group had were clean and reasonably priced, and nobody had any complaints. It's a really nice family-run place, with traditional Albanian breakfast included in the room price, including petla.
