The owners were such kind, professional people. They kept offering help whenever they thought we might need it, and were there for us whenever we asked. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh sheets and towels. It was modern, spacious, well equipped, very clean, and had comfortable beds. We stayed nine nights and loved it. The location worked well for us too, with beaches, the promenade, and various shops nearby.

The rooms were so clean that they felt like home, and the hotel is right in central Sarande, making it easy to explore on foot. Fatmira was the kindest host I've ever met, warm and welcoming despite the language barrier. One note: we paid in cash.

The homemade traditional breakfast was incredible, with different choices and everything so delicious. Mira, the host, was the sweetest and looked after everything; she made us feel cared for like family. We booked two nights but stayed longer because we were having such a wonderful time. There are parking spots along the road or at the house, and it's close to the center, beach, and markets. When you're in Saranda, this is a great place to stay. Thanks for everything, Mira. We really hope to come back someday!

The hostess doesn't really speak English, but she speaks Italian, Albanian, and probably many other languages, and we always managed to communicate somehow. She treated us like family right away and cared so much about us, the rooms, and the service. When we felt a little sick, she brought us homemade orange and lemon juice and some extra fruit. The rooms are cozy, with huge balconies, and everything you need is close by. It's about a five-minute walk to a very nice private beach with plenty of room. We loved this place and will miss it.

The hostess was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. The room was functional and spotless, and the big balcony was a nice bonus. There's also a pleasant patio for breakfast. A really good place to stay, I recommend it.
